Rule 6

Players may sign up to play in the following three ways:

A. Player may sign up for play on following Tuesday when they “check-in” for a regular Tuesday event.

B. Player may sign up by informing Tournament Chairman on a regular Tuesday event day that they will be unable to play the following event/events, but will return on a Tuesday date certain. These players will be placed on a “priority list” for play on that date. The priority list becomes the top portion of the sign-up list for the following event.

C. A player may sign up on a sign-in sheet on the bulletin board in the Men’s Locker Room. Spaces on the sign-in sheet are numbered. Players who use this method of signing up will be placed on a Waiting List to play as openings occur. The Tournament Chairman will notify players when they have been scheduled to play. Any player who must cancel an event must do so prior to Monday morning (12:00pm) by calling the Tournament Chairman (not the Pro Shop).

Schedule players who fail to report for play without notification to the Tournament Chairman will be barred for play in the next scheduled event and then placed at the end of the Waiting List on the sign-up sheet.

NOTE: - The Tournament Chairman, except for cancellations, accepts no calls.
